Yep, Mike Neilson from Panhead Custom Ales is coming to town!
After the success of our last two Beer nights we're thinking this will be the biggest yet. And after the massive hit that the Butcher's sausages were last time we've gone for a creative mix of fine sausages, Here's the menu - each course will be accompanies by creative sides!
Pilsner / Pure Lamb sausage - served on a kumara gratin with chutney/ curry sauce (slight Indian flavors )
Pale Ale / Ginger Pig sausage - served on rice with a sweet + sour apple sauce
American Pale Ale / Roast Beef Mustard sausage - "Hot Dog “ with the caramelized onion + slow roasted chutney
Indian Pale Ale / Beef + Mushroom sausage - served with duck fat chips + a red wine shallot sauce .
Belgium Golden Strong Ale / Pure beef sausage - served on a Pearl Barley risotto with malted onions .
