Saturday July 29th with doors open 6:00 p.m. and formalities commencing at 6.30pm. We forecast an approximately 10.30pm finish.

Roaring Meg Pinot Gris with Grilled turkish chicken thigh marinated in paprika...Lemon...garilc....flat leaf...yoghurt.......mortar grind of black pepper, corriander and cumin seed. Served with tatziki and crisp toasted flat bread.

Our Chef is Greg Adams, a local chef on the Coast for 20 years. He's owned a couple of restaurants one of which was Alcamino in its hey day. Greg has now been catering for the last 10 years giving him more family time. Anyone who knows Greg will tell you he serves humble cuisine loaded with love, passion and flavour. Greg's breakfasts at Red Beach surf club have become a staple for locals and featured in the top 10 breakfast spots in Rodney.
