Falconhead Hawke's Bay Syrah 2013

From our best ever red wine vintage comes this incredibly well priced Hawke's Bay Syrah from the Bridge Pa sub-region in the Bay, A winemaking regime of moderate tannin extraction and oak use allows this wine to highlight the exceptional fruit purity gained from the vineyard and season. Maturation for 12 months in new and used French oak barriques has helped to further soften the wine. The wine was bottled, without fining, in July 2014. It comes with a Wine Estate Magazine recommendation. Just $13.99 - told you it was incredibly well priced!

DeVine Central Otago Pinot Noir 2012

It's a delight to find a superb CO Pinot Noir with 5 stars from Wine Estate and a little age on it. Ripe and rounded on the palate and beautifully enhanced by silky texture and lovely dark richness. Food Match: Veal. And all for under $20! Extraordinary.

Lawson's Dry Hills Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2015

It's our best ever whites vintage, and here's a perfect example of why!  Delightful passionfruit and lime aromas underpinned by tropical fruits populate this superb Savvy, and it's got enough in it to make it cellarable for 2-3 years according to the winemakers, that's great, a chance to let it mature and be enjoyable for a good while. Ask us to get you some cases! You'll find it matches beautifully with  fresh salads with tomatoes and feta cheese or a Thai green curry. An appealing $16.99 a bottle, more great value!
